  • Chicken thighs or breasts

  • Baby potatoes

  • Fresh green beans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade.
  3. Wash and halve baby potatoes. Trim fresh green beans.
  4. On a baking sheet, arrange the marinated chicken on one side, the potatoes on the other side, and place the green beans in between.
