  • 6 small round bread rolls (brioche or dinner rolls)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag.
  3. Cut each bread roll into six wedges without cutting all the way through.
  4. Pipe the cream cheese filling into each roll generously.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, honey (or sugar), mayonnaise, chopped parsley, beaten eggs, and salt.
  6. Coat each filled roll in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
