  • 1 cup powdered sugar substitute
  • ½ cup granulated sugar substitute
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. For the crust, mix almond flour, powdered sweetener, cinnamon, and melted butter until combined. Press into the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes; let cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sweetener; mix until creamy.
  4. Pour the cheesecake layer over the cooled crust.
  5. Combine granulated sweetener and cinnamon for the topping; sprinkle over the cheesecake.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set in the center. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours before slicing.
