Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut sweet potatoes into fry shapes and toss them with olive oil, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes until crispy.
  2. While fries are roasting, season chicken breast slices and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
