  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Chili powder (optional for heat)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion; sauté until soft.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
  3. Add cubed chicken; season with salt, pepper, garam masala, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Cook until browned.
  4. Pour in tomato puree; mix well. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream, yogurt, and lemon juice. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. For the garlic drizzle, mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl.
