  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 30 g butter (for the glaze)
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar (for the glaze)
  • 3/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 2 2/3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour your bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, yogurt, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, vegetable oil, salt, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Stir in grated carrots gently until mixed.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda; mix until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool before flipping it onto a plate.
  7. For the glaze, mix softened cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.
