  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter, cubed
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 bag Heath toffee bits (8 oz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread mini pretzels evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and light corn syrup; heat until melted and bubbling.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and baking soda carefully as the mixture will foam.
  5. Pour the hot toffee over the pretzels, coating them well by stirring gently.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes for even coating.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Heath toffee bits while warm, and let cool completely before breaking apart.
