Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix warm milk, melted butter, and egg together in another bowl; then combine with dry ingredients until well blended.
  2. Knead the Dough: Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Let the Dough Rise: Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  4. Prepare the Filling: Mix ground cinnamon with Biscoff cookie crumbs.
  5. Roll Out the Dough: Roll out into a rectangle, spread melted butter, and sprinkle with filling mixture.
  6. Roll and Cut: Starting from one edge, roll tightly into a log. Slice into 12 equal pieces.
  7. Second Rise: Place in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
