  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes (prepared or instant)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until soft. Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and frozen vegetables, cooking for about 5 minutes. Season to taste.
